Facility Management: This vertical is a subset for us of Property Management when the client is looking at part of a solution. Example, housekeeping services for offices or F&B service for sales lounge Specialised Cleaning: If you are struggling with maintaining your key equipment or materials e.g. sofa, curtain, marble. That’s the solution we provide under specialised cleaning by undertaking our annual contract of one time services fees. Leasing We provide leasing services as a mandate or exclusive mandate from owner of large property where there are more than 10 units of flats or offices. We assist our customer maximise value of their property by selling the advantages of the property to the licensee and enhancing value of the property by optimising the lease rentals. Staffing Whether you need temporary staffing for full time or for a specific period we have a solution for you. We can provide you trained staff and have them adopt your business practices. We can provide a front desk, accountant, telemarketer, office assistant or support staff for a copy room.

  • What is the difference between Property Management and Facility Management?
    • Property Management is an end to end solution. Whereas Facility Management is one of the services or few of the services to manage a property. Property Management is about assuming ownership of the entire property. Facility Management is facilitating the vision of the owner or process for its property.

  • Why one may need Property Management versus Facility Management?
    • When you are looking at comprehensive services and wanting specialists to bring the solutions to you versus telling the agency what is to be done as per your requirements. It is difference between getting a hotel brand to manage your hotel versus running your own hotel through different agencies.

  • Is Crest providing Facility Management services as well?
    • Yes. We are a solution provider. If you already have your process and team to manage a number of agencies we can certainly provide one or more services under the management of our client.

  • Is Crest Leasing flats for any Owner?
    • We undertake mandates from the Owner of property which either owns the entire building or part of the building as Co-owner. We take a mandate with other service providers as non-exclusive or exclusive and deploy our team for leasing your flats or offices.

  • What is Crest view on Equal Pay and Equal Opportunity?
    • We do not have gender based positions and not any criteria to decide salary based on the gender. All our positions are based on skill set, experience and background. The salaries are based on budget and we do not differentiate in salary between genders. We understand and appreciate the diversity and mix of gender brings different ideas and views.
